以东北山樱(Cerasus sachalinensis Kom.)幼苗为试验材料,研究了根部施入酚类物质对其叶片和根系呼吸代谢的影响。试验结果表明,对羟基苯甲酸对东北山樱幼苗叶片和根系呼吸速率的影响均表现为低浓度促进高浓度抑制的趋势,香豆素处理没有出现明显的低促高抑的变化趋势,幼苗对对羟基苯甲酸的反应比香豆素更为敏感。对羟基苯甲酸处理改变了幼苗叶片的基础呼吸途径,而呼吸链电子传递途径的改变由酚类物质的浓度大小决定,高浓度处理使CP向AP转化。幼苗根系呼吸途径改变与否与酚类物质的种类有关,对羟基苯甲酸和混合处理改变了幼苗根系的基础呼吸途径和呼吸链电子传递途径,使EMP-TCA向PPP转化,CP向AP转化,香豆素则不影响其改变的方向。
In this study, seedlings of Cerasus sachalinensis Kom. Were used to study the effects of phenolic compounds on the respiratory metabolism of leaves and roots. The results showed that the effect of p-hydroxybenzoic acid on the respiration rate of leaves and roots of C. sakuransis seedlings showed the trend of low concentrations and low concentrations of coumarin inhibited the growth of the leaves and root respiration. The reaction of p-hydroxybenzoic acid is more sensitive than coumarin. Parabens altered the basal respiration pathway of seedling leaves, while changes in the respiratory chain electron transport pathway were determined by the concentration of phenolic compounds, with high concentrations of CP converting to AP. The change of respiration pathway in seedling roots was related to the types of phenolic compounds. The combination of p-hydroxybenzoic acid and mixed treatment changed the basic respiration pathway and respiratory chain electron transfer pathway in seedling roots, converted EMP-TCA to PPP, transformed CP to AP, Coumarin does not affect the direction of its change.
