“Symbolic Empire” is Roland Barthes’ work on the cultural life of Japanese society, which was completed from the semiotic point of view in the period of deconstruction. In the investigation of the Japanese social and cultural symbols, Barthes crossed the semiotic view of structuralism that was influenced by Saussure in his early days and felt the “ Empty ”and “ none ”features. The sign of the sign and the sign of the break means that the sign no longer corresponds to a single or ultimate signified meaning of the sign is also inextricably delayed. In this new thinking and understanding of symbols, Bart also finally completed the turn toward deconstructionism.
