作者以前的实验结果表明,艾氏腹水癌(EAC)进行性生长可导致胸腺急性萎缩,胸腺组织结构破坏,胸腺细胞有丝分裂活性先升后降,外周免疫器官的胸腺依赖(TD)区先增生后萎缩,外周血中的T淋巴细胞先增加后减少。但外周免疫器官中T淋巴细胞的变化如何尚未见到文献报道。为此,本试验采用淋巴细胞悬液涂片及石蜡组织切片酸性-1-醋酸萘酯酶(ANAE)染色法来检测胸腺、脾和淋巴结中ANAE~+淋巴细胞,探讨带瘤鼠胸腺萎缩后对胸腺产生和培育T细胞的功能以及对外周免疫器官中T细胞分布动态的影响。
