针对目前油田冲砂作业过程中下放冲砂管柱时需停泵作业及冲返的含砂液体直接循环使用所存在的问题,提出了高效环保冲砂作业工艺。在施工过程中通过采用连续冲砂装置及冲砂液除砂装置,可有效地避免卡井事故的发生,解决了冲砂作业的污染问题,并提高了冲砂效率。现场应用表明,单次冲砂作业时间平均缩短20%,平均排砂量1·4m3,平均回收原油0·6m3,消耗水量平均减少30%。
In view of the problems existing in the direct recycling of sand-containing liquid which needs to be stopped and returned when the sand-blasting pipe string is put down during the sand-blasting operation of the oilfield, a high-efficiency environmental-friendly sand-washing operation process is proposed. Through the use of continuous sand-washing device and red sand removing device during construction, it can effectively avoid the occurrence of stuck-well accident, solve the pollution problem of sand-washing operation and improve the sand-washing efficiency. The field application shows that the operating time of single sand blasting is shortened by 20% on average, the average sand discharge is 1.4m3, the average recovery of crude oil is 0.6m3, and the average water consumption is reduced by 30%.
