作为一个企业,其管理的目的在于充分利用所拥有的资源,使组织高效运转,提高绩效,实现既定目标。组织绩效来自企业内部全体员工的个人绩效,因此,在知识经济时代,人作为知识经济的主体,使得人力资源成为现代企业的战略性资源,是企业持续发展、不断做大做强的决定因素。作为企业最宝贵的资源和财富、生产要素中最活跃的要素,如何启动员工的兴奋点,开发员工的创造性,发挥员工的积极作用,是现代企业人力资源开发与管理的关键环节。现代人力资源开发与管理的核心在于“吸引人、激励人、留住人、发展人。”这就要求一个企业要牢固树立“以人为本”的管理思想,充分发挥激励机制的作用,最大限度的激发每个员工的潜力,使其发挥最大作用。
