随着计划生育管理水平的逐步提高和综合改革的不断深化,育龄群众对生殖保健服务的需求日益向多元化、高层次、全方位的趋势发展,加之我国信息产业的迅猛发展,为了更好地开展计划生育技术服务工作,实现会计信息网络化管理是当前的必然选择,是摆在人口和计划生育工作者面前的重要课题。
