目的:探讨情景式健康教育在泌尿外科护理中的应用效果。方法:就浙江省杭州市中医院在2013年1月~2015年1月收治的泌尿外科患者中,选择具有可比性的100例患者作为研究对象,将其随机分成观察组与对照组,对照组患者给予常规护理,观察组患者在对照组患者护理的基础上再给予情景式健康教育,分别比较两组患者的术后一般情况、心理应激反应评级及满意度。结果:观察组患者的术后一般情况,明显好于对照组患者的术后一般情况。观察组患者的心理应激反应评级,明显好于对照组患者的心理应激反应评级。观察组患者的满意度,明显高于对照组患者的满意度(P<0.05)。结论:情景式健康教育在泌尿外科护理中的应用,效果显著。
Objective: To explore the application effect of situational health education in urology nursing. Methods: A total of 100 patients with urinary diseases who were treated in Hangzhou Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2013 to January 2015 in Zhejiang Province were selected as the study subjects and randomly divided into observation group, control group and control group Patients were given routine care. Patients in observation group were given situation-based health education on the basis of nursing care of patients in control group. The general condition, psychological stress response rating and satisfaction were compared between the two groups. Results: The postoperative general condition of the observation group was significantly better than that of the control group. The psychological stress response rating of the observation group was significantly better than that of the control group. Satisfaction of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group (P <0.05). Conclusion: The application of situational health education in urology nursing is effective.
