头发做为活体材料可以反映机体内各种元素的代谢情况。为探讨病区、非病区居民发氟含量在氟病区判定、氟中毒诊断、监测中的意义,我们采用氟电极法对病区、非病区居民发氟含量进行了测定。结果(表1,2)。本次测定病区发氟含量均数为11.60ppm,非病区居民发氟含量均数为2.91ppm,其差别有高度显著性(t=5.87 p<0.001),差别度为4:1。
Hair as a living material can reflect the body’s metabolism of various elements.
