目的:研究新疆鼠尾草花的化学成分。方法:采用色谱法分离化合物,用光谱法和化学方法鉴定结构。结果:从新疆鼠尾草花中分离得到6个化合物:β-谷甾醇、齐墩果酸、5-羟基-4’,6,7三甲氧基黄酮、邻苯二甲酸二丁酯、迷迭香酸、丹酚酸K。结论:除β-谷甾醇、齐墩果酸外,其余均为从鼠尾草属植物的地上部分中首次得到,邻笨二甲酸二丁酯、5-羟基-4’,6,7-三甲氧基黄酮为新疆鼠尾草中首次得到。
Objective: To study the chemical composition of sage flowers in Xinjiang. Methods: The compounds were separated by chromatography and the structures were identified by spectroscopic and chemical methods. RESULTS: Six compounds were isolated from the flowers of Salvia officinalis: β-sitosterol, oleanolic acid, 5-hydroxy-4’,6,7 trimethoxyflavone, dibutyl phthalate, and rosemary Acid, salvianolic acid K. Conclusion: Except for β-sitosterol and oleanolic acid, the rest were obtained for the first time from the aerial parts of the Salvia plant, dibutyldicarboxylate, 5-hydroxy-4′,6,7-tris The oxyflavonoids were obtained for the first time in sage in Xinjiang.
