目的:调查分析某医院麻醉性镇痛药使用情况,为临床合理用药提供参考。方法:根据医院2004～2008年度麻醉性镇痛药的统计数据,利用限定日剂量方法进行相关计算和分析。结果:麻醉性镇痛药的使用量逐年增长,芬太尼、吗啡和盐酸羟考酮的用量较大。结论:麻醉性镇痛药使用基本合理,相关政策法规和治疗理念对麻醉性镇痛药用量有较明显影响。
Objective: To investigate and analyze the use of narcotic analgesics in a hospital and provide references for clinical rational use of drugs. Methods: Based on the statistical data of nosocomial analgesics from 2004 to 2008 in the hospital, the related daily dose method was used to calculate and analyze the data. Results: The dosage of narcotic analgesics increased year by year, while the dosage of fentanyl, morphine and oxycodone hydrochloride was larger. Conclusion: The use of narcotic analgesics is basically reasonable. The relevant policies, regulations and treatment concepts have a significant impact on the dosage of narcotic analgesics.
