在知识经济时代,人力资源成为了企业最宝贵的资源,企业之间的竞争源于人力资源的竞争。企业为了获得可持续性的竞争优势,归根结底应该以人为本,加强人力资源管理,构建企业核心竞争力,才能在激烈的市场竞争中占得一席之地。尤其对于大多数的西部民营企业来说,人力资源管理是企业薄弱的环节,在人力资源规划、招聘、员工激励以及从传统人事管理向现代人力资源管理转变过程中都有或多或少的问题。这些问题制约了企业的进一步发展,如果不对企业的人力资源管理加以强化,增强企业的竞争力,西部的民企就难以立于不败之地。
In the era of knowledge-based economy, human resources have become the most valuable resource for enterprises. The competition among enterprises originates from the competition of human resources.
