研究了熔剂法钢板热镀铝和铝-硅合金镀层.熔剂分为覆盖在熔融铝液表面的5种覆盖剂和4种水溶性熔剂及1种化学镀金属底层.从中选出一种覆盖剂和二种水溶性熔剂及预镀金属底层.镀层试样先经硝酸侵蚀法测定镀层上的针孔,用金相显微镜测量镀层的合金层厚度和附着层厚度.工艺试验表明,镀铝和铝-硅合金的最佳温度分别为700~710℃和680~690℃;热镀时间为10s;提升速度均为15~30cm/s.
