近年来,县级电大开放教育呈现出加速发展的趋势。为了发展一种适合县级电大特征的有效的远程教育模式,我们有必要对县级电大开放教育学习者的学习条件进行调查。本研究从三个方面来探讨这一主题,包括开放教育学习者的学习条件、希望进行的学习方式和希望县级电大分校提供的学习支持服务。根据调查的结果和数据分析,作者对县级电大的开放教育如何实现真正意义上的远程教育提出了个人意见,供县级电大的决策者和工作者参考。
In recent years, open education at the county level has shown a trend of accelerated development. In order to develop an effective distance education model that is suitable for the characteristics of county-level TV universities, it is necessary for us to investigate the learning conditions of open education learners at the county level. This research explores this topic from three perspectives, including the learning conditions of the learners of open education, the learning styles they wish to pursue, and the learning support services they hope will be provided by the county branch of TVU. According to the survey results and data analysis, the author put forward personal opinions on how to realize the real-time distance education in open education at county level for the reference of decision-makers and workers at county-level TV universities.
