兰新铁路第二双线穿过著名的百里风区、三十里风区,其风力强劲,且出现大风的频率高。为确保列车安全,在这两大风区的核心区设置防风明洞。该区段位于戈壁荒漠地区,自然环境恶劣,建筑材料与施工用水相当缺乏,全部现浇施工的成本和难度较大,而且还存在外部模板难以固定、施工速度慢、施工质量难以保证等缺点。结合明洞荷载特点、结构特点以及施工等因素,对防风明洞采用预制拼装结构的可行性进行了探讨和研究。
Lanzhou-Xinyu Railway second double line through the famous Baili wind area, thirty miles of wind, the strong wind, and the high frequency of winds. In order to ensure the safety of trains, we set up avenues at the core of these two major windy areas. The section is located in the Gobi Desert. Due to its poor natural environment, there is a shortage of construction materials and water for construction. All the castings are costly and difficult to implement. However, the external templates are difficult to be fixed, the construction speed is slow, and the construction quality is difficult to guarantee. Combining with the load characteristics, structural characteristics and construction of Myeong-dong, the feasibility of using prefabricated structure to construct the Myeong-dong is discussed and studied.
