针对本校中小学英语教学衔接过程中出现的问题,从案例入手,以自身大量工作实践为依托,从学生和教师两方面进行分析和反思,着重指出中小学生心理变化及教师教学方式差异是造成小学升初中英语学习不适应的主要原因,根据自身体会,提出从提高学习兴趣、指导学习方法、加强教师交流合作、改进激励评价方法、调整课程课时等五个方面实现中小学英语教学顺利衔接,为解决中小学英语教学衔接工作中的问题找出新的思路,具有现实操作性。
Aiming at the problems appearing in the cohesion of English teaching in primary and secondary schools of our school, starting from the case and relying on a large number of work practices, this paper analyzes and reflects on the students and teachers.
