目的:分析临床药学岗位对临床药学专业人才的知识要求,探讨适合我国国情的临床药学人才培养模式及课程设置。方法:以临床药学学科定义为标准,分析我国开展临床药学的紧迫性,比较国内外目前临床药学教育模式及课程设置的发展方向及差异,结合我国临床药学工作的实际需要,建立完善的教学模式及课程设置。结果:精简化学教育,建立的以临床药物治疗学为中心,包括医学心理学和医患沟通技术等的课程设置为主的相对较短的学制体系,增加学生在实践中学习知识、应用知识的机会,促成实际应用能力的提高,培养符合临床药学工作需要的专业人才。结论:临床药学教育从化学教育模式向生物、心理、社会医学模式的转变需要与之相适应的教学模式。
OBJECTIVE: To analyze the knowledge requirements of clinical pharmacy professionals in clinical pharmacy and to explore the clinical pharmacy training model and curriculum that suits our national conditions. Methods: The definition of clinical pharmacy as a standard, analysis of the urgency of clinical pharmacy in China, the current domestic and international clinical pharmacy education model and curriculum development direction and differences, combined with the actual needs of clinical pharmacy in China, establish a sound teaching model And course settings. Results: To streamline chemical education, establish a relatively short academic system focusing on clinical pharmacotherapy, including courses on medical psychology and doctor-patient communication, and increase students’ learning and applying knowledge in practice Opportunities, to promote the practical application of ability to raise, meet the needs of clinical pharmacy professionals. Conclusion: The change of clinical pharmacy education from chemical education mode to biological, psychological and social medical mode needs corresponding teaching mode.
