轮胎爆胎会使车辆丧失行驶稳定性甚至引发交通事故。为研究车辆爆胎后受胎压影响最大的行驶稳定性参数,对奇瑞QQ车进行不同车速下、不同位置车轮胎压降低的实车道路试验。试验结果表明:车辆行驶稳定性参数受车速变化影响较小,而随着胎压降低变化较为明显。另外,当2个前轮胎压急剧下降时,转向横拉杆力的数值变化明显大于其他3种参数变化。利用线性回归原理,建立转向横拉杆多元回归预测模型,并检验模型可行性。由预测模型推测出,车辆在直线高速行驶中发生爆胎时,转向横拉杆力平均值将急剧增大。
Tire puncture will make the vehicle lose driving stability and even lead to traffic accidents. In order to study the driving stability parameter which is the most affected by tire pressure after a tire burst, the Chery QQ vehicle was tested on real road with different vehicle tire pressures under different vehicle speeds. The test results show that the vehicle stability parameters are less affected by the vehicle speed changes, while the changes with the tire pressure changes obviously. In addition, when the two front tire pressure drops sharply, the value of steering tie rod force changes significantly more than the other three kinds of parameter changes. Based on the principle of linear regression, a multi-regression regression model of tie rod was established and the feasibility of the model was tested. Predicted by the forecasting model, the average speed of the tie rod increases sharply when the vehicle is punctured during straight-line high-speed driving.
