目前世界上常规潜艇的水了高速工作制有二种。一是以西德、苏联为代表的小时工作制。另一是以美、法、意、日等为代表的短时工作制,其最高速航行时间是30分钟、15分钟、甚至10分钟。 由于蓄电池的容量——放电制特性,决定了蓄电池的短时工作制有可能获得较大的功率输出。比如威廉——哈根、伏尔他等型电池采用了提高短时功率的措施后,蓄电池能在短时间内放出极大的功率!使艇有可能获得短时高航速。
