一、各校展開考勤比赛前後的情况: 各廠业校四月份出席率普遍降低,如中機二厂业校由80%降到59%,恒源紗廠业校曠課人数总佔10%,缺席佔有1/5人數。紡织系統各校在五月份第一週的统計是缺席率达20%,旷课达10%,這一情况是很嚴重的。早在四月底三廠、五厂、六厂等校在訂立爱国公約的基礎上已展開了考勤比赛。他們以组为單位挑戰擴充到班與班挑戰。出勤情况都因而有了改進。如六厂出勤率由87.8%昇到92.75%。 為要使学員学得好,首先必須使他們每天按時到課。上述幾個廠的經驗,证明了考勤比賽是鼓动大家出動的一個好办法。因此我們就在五月初旬把考勤比賽推广到各厂校,並展開廠校与厂校间的比賽。
