高中语文的教学任务,是让高中学生的听、说、读、写等综合能力有所大幅度的提高。重视“写”在整个语文综合能力构架中的支柱作用,指导学生热爱习作,练就学生扎实的写作功夫。在高考中写出写啥像啥的作品,使之获取较高分值,历来是同行们在教学中不断探索的一项重要课题。作为指导者,首先应当树立高中语文作文教学的阶段性全局观念。既要辩证分析学生通过初中阶段所进行的一系列作文训练而达到的水准,又要用发展的眼光来指导高中语文作文教学;这就要求我们无论在指导思想方面,还是在具体实践操作方面,都应有周密的计划性、严密的科学性、训练力度的强化性,行文运笔的深广性及灵活性。
