(一)本报告提供了对不同年龄中国男性139人,女性147人尿液17-酮类固醇及男性39人,女性36人尿液生17-酮皮质类固醇排量之测定结果。(二)中国人17-酮类固醇排量最高年龄在25岁左右,男性最高排量平均值为14.46毫克/24小时,女性最高排量平均值为12.05毫克/24小时。(三)中国男性生17-酮皮质类固醇排量最高年龄在30—40岁,最高排量平均值为16.1毫克/24小时。女性生17-酮皮质类固醇排量最高年龄在20—30岁,最高排量平均值为15.7毫克/24小时。(四)将我们在中国人测定之结果与欧洲文献所载之测定结果作了比较及讨论。
(A) This report provides the results of the determination of 17-ketocorticosteroid excretion of urinary 17-keto-steroids, 39 men and 36 women in urine of 139 men and 147 women of different ages. (B) Chinese 17-ketosteroid displacement of the highest age of 25 years of age, the highest male average displacement of 14.46 mg / 24 hours, the highest female average displacement of 12.05 mg / 24 hours. (C) of Chinese men born 17-ketocorticosteroid the highest age of 30-40 years old, the highest displacement average of 16.1 mg / 24 hours. Female 17-keto-steroids highest displacement in the 20-30 years old, the maximum displacement of 15.7 mg / 24 hours. (Iv) comparing and discussing the results of our determination in the People’s Republic of China with those of the European literature.
