本文通过分析绩效管理特点,利用企业全员创新的观点,找到了创新与绩效管理的契合点,说明可以对绩效管理进行管理制度创新,实现创新导向的绩效管理。
By analyzing the characteristics of performance management and using the viewpoint of full enterprise innovation, this paper finds a meeting point between innovation and performance management, and shows that performance management can be managed with innovation of management system and innovation orientation.
