用微量滴定法检测9种抗生素对193株金黄色葡萄球菌的体外抗菌活性。结果表明,来源于不同标本的金葡菌株药敏谱基本相同;对青霉素G、氯霉素和红霉素耐药,噬菌体Ⅰ、Ⅲ群的金葡菌对青霉素G明显对药,而先锋霉素Ⅰ、万古霉素、苯唑青霉素抗菌作用最强。比较了非耐药菌与耐药菌的最小抑茵浓度(MIC)和最小杀菌浓度(MBC)。耐药菌株的MBC则明显增高。
In Vitro Antibacterial Activity of Nine Kinds of Antibiotics against 193 Staphylococcus. The results showed that the drug-sensitive spectrum of Staphylococcus aureus was basically the same from different samples, resistant to penicillin G, chloramphenicol and erythromycin, and Staphylococcus aureus from group Ⅰ and Ⅲ of group A obviously against penicillin G, Prime Ⅰ, vancomycin, oxacillin the strongest antibacterial effect. The minimum inhibitory concentration (MIC) and minimum bactericidal concentration (MBC) of non-resistant and resistant bacteria were compared. MBC resistant strains significantly increased.
