根据在郴州地区对残坡积土进行水泥–水玻璃双液注浆工程的实践,建立了水泥–水玻璃双液注浆加固残坡积土的三阶段模型,即初级加固阶段、径向压密加固阶段和成桩–顶升阶段,同时分析了适合这三个阶段的理论公式。阐述了水泥–水玻璃双液注浆加固土体的机理。根据双液注浆加固工程实例的监测数据分析注浆的过程,结果表明,注浆过程与本文建立的三阶段注浆模型基本吻合。
According to the practice of cement-water glass double-liquid grouting in residual soil in Chenzhou area, a three-stage model of cement-water glass double-liquid grouting reinforced residual soil is established, namely the primary reinforcement stage, radial pressure Close consolidation phase and pile-up phase, and at the same time analyzes the theoretical formula suitable for these three phases. The mechanism of cement-water glass double-liquid grouting to reinforce soil was expounded. The grouting process is analyzed according to the monitoring data of the double-liquid grouting reinforcement project. The results show that the grouting process basically agrees with the three-stage grouting model established in this paper.
