流化床燃烧中破碎特性影响了焦炭的燃烧 .利用下行气流振动床代替流化床 ,研究了煤的碎裂特性 .根据岩相的不同 ,把大同煤分为亮煤 (C)和暗煤 (D) ,以了解床温、停留时间和振动强度对碎裂特性的影响 .实验结果表明 ,不同煤岩的碎裂不同 ;较高的温度、较长的停留时间、较大的振动强度可以强化碎裂 .
The crushing characteristics of fluidized bed combustion affect the combustion of coke. Using downdraft vibrating bed instead of fluidized bed, the fragmentation characteristics of coal are studied. According to the lithofacies, Datong coal is divided into bright coal (C) and dark coal (D) to understand the effect of bed temperature, residence time and vibration intensity on the fracture properties.The experimental results show that different coal rocks have different fragmentation, higher temperature, longer residence time and larger vibration intensity Strengthen fragmentation.
