采用不同热处理温度对搅拌摩擦加工(FSP)改性27SiMn钢液压缸体进行了热处理,并进行了SEM、EBSD分析以及力学性能测试。结果表明:热处理使改性27SiMn钢液压缸体的组织细化、织构弱化、力学性能得到提高。随热处理温度从350℃提高到750℃,改性液压缸体的内部组织先细化后粗化,织构最大值先减小后增大,抗拉强度和屈服强度先提高后下降,断后伸长率先提高后基本不变。FSP改性27SiMn钢液压缸体的热处理温度优选为550℃,与未热处理试样相比,550℃热处理可使改性液压缸体的抗拉强度增加124MPa,屈服强度增加139 MPa,断后伸长率增加6.8%。
The heat treatment of 27SiMn steel cylinder with FSP was carried out by using different heat treatment temperatures. SEM, EBSD analysis and mechanical property test were carried out. The results show that the heat treatment can make the structure of the modified 27SiMn steel cylinder thinning, the texture weakened and the mechanical properties improved. With the increase of heat treatment temperature from 350 ℃ to 750 ℃, the internal structure of the modified cylinder body is refined and then roughened, the maximum value of texture decreases first and then increases, the tensile strength and yield strength first increase and then decrease, After the first increase in the basic unchanged.
