从恒星光电探测系统的杂散光光源入手,分析了杂散光的产生和传输特性,建立了杂散光对恒星光电探测系统影响的评价指标,然后提出了合理抑制杂散光的方案,用于指导光机系统的结构设计。通过遮光罩、挡光环以及表面涂层处理技术来削弱杂散光对光机系统的影响,利用软件对该光机系统结构进行杂散光模拟分析。对比模拟工况下消除杂散光前后的点源透射率(PST)曲线,结果表明光机系统探测像面PST下降了两个数量级,达到10-8~10-10。场外星等探测得到的现场数据进一步证明,该设计方案可以有效地抑制杂散光对光电探测系统的影响,从空间背景中提取出五等星探测图,得到了清晰的探测图像。
Starting from the stray light source of stellar photoelectric detection system, the generation and transmission characteristics of stray light are analyzed, and the evaluation index of the influence of stray light on the star photoelectric detection system is established. Then, a scheme to restrain the stray light reasonably is proposed, System structure design. The influence of the stray light on the optical system is weakened by the technology of the light shield, the light blocking ring and the surface coating. The stray light of the optical system is simulated by software. Comparing the point source transmittance (PST) curve before and after the stray light under simulated conditions, the results show that the PST of the optical system is reduced by two orders of magnitude, reaching 10-8-10-10. Field data obtained from field extrapolation further prove that the design scheme can effectively suppress the influence of stray light on the photodetection system, and extract the fifth-class sounding map from the space background to obtain a clear sounding image.
