近年来,社会经济快速发展,企业劳资关系日趋规范化和制度化,特别是党的“十六大”以来,党中央、国务院把解决工人合法权益保障问题提到了国计民生的高度,成为各级政府和劳动保障部门义不容辞的责任。劳动合同法是经济社会发展到一定阶段的一个必然产物,是巩固党的执政地位、促进社会和谐的内在要求,是有效树立责任大国地位的具体体现,也是树立现代企业形象的一大举措。因此,我们说劳动合同法的贯彻实施,以及劳资与社保工作的有序开展,它们既关系到国家政策法规的尊严,也与企业及职工的利益息息相关,关系到整个社会的和谐稳定。
In recent years, with the rapid social and economic development and the gradual standardization and institutionalization of the labor-capital relations, especially since the “16th National Congress of the Party,” the CPC Central Committee and the State Council refer to the issue of safeguarding the legitimate rights and interests of workers as the national economy and people’s livelihood, The government and the Ministry of Labor and Social Security have an unparalleled responsibility. Labor Contract Law is a necessary product of economic and social development to a certain stage. It is an inherent requirement of consolidating the party’s ruling status and promoting social harmony. It is also a concrete manifestation of effectively establishing the status of a responsible power and a great move to establish a modern corporate image. Therefore, we say that the implementation of the Labor Contract Law and the orderly development of labor and social security work are both related to the dignity of national policies and regulations, to the interests of enterprises and workers, and to the harmony and stability of the entire society.
