10Cr4Ni4Mo4V钢是一种新型高温渗碳轴承钢,它是高温、高速条件下工作的航空发动机主轴轴承的理想材料.试验表明,10Gr4Ni4Mo4V钢渗碳层基体组织主要为孪晶马氏体;析出相(碳化物)主要有M23C6、V4C3和Cr7C3三种结构类型。
10Cr4Ni4Mo4V steel is a new type of high temperature carburizing bearing steel, which is ideal for aeroengine spindle bearings operating at high temperatures and high speeds. The experiment shows that the microstructure of carburized layer of 10Gr4Ni4Mo4V steel is mainly twins martensite. The precipitated phases (carbides) are mainly composed of three types of M23C6, V4C3 and Cr7C3.
