群众文化是社会实践主体按美的规律自我完善的客观需要在社会化满足过程中形成的文化现象,是人民群众主体地位在文化方面得到彻底解放的体现。它以文艺娱乐活动为主要内容,也包括了群众文化事业的各种必备要素。是以现代大众传播媒介为手段,以市场为依托,向人们提供文化消费产品、场所、服务等文化现象。我国的大众文化是伴随着市场经济的逐步确立而成长起来的。那么如何在新形势下群众文化工作呢?
The mass culture is the objective phenomenon of the social practice subject self-perfecting according to the law of the United States. It is a cultural phenomenon formed in the course of socialization and is the manifestation of the complete liberation of the people’s status in culture. It takes literary and entertainment activities as the main content, but also includes various essential elements of mass cultural undertakings. Is based on the modern mass media as a means to rely on the market to provide cultural products, places, services and other cultural phenomena. The mass culture in our country grew up with the gradual establishment of a market economy. So how the masses of cultural work under the new situation?
