盐酸山莨菪碱（Ani）290～713μmol／L对豚鼠离体左房肌呈现负性变力作用，能降低右心房的自动节律性，并能抑制肾上腺素诱发的异常节律性，还能延长心肌的功能不应期，但对兴奋性无明显影响。前两者可能是Ani抗心律失常的原因之一。
Ani 290 ~ 713μmol / L showed a negative change in isolated left atrial muscle of guinea pigs, which could reduce the automatic rhythm of the right atrium and inhibit the epinephrine induced abnormal rhythms, The functional refractory period, but no significant effect on excitability. One of the causes of Ani’s anti-arrhythmia may be the first two.
