回顾了现有的研究成果,基于“组织学习—知识创造”与量子运动特征的隐喻提出“组织学习—知识创造”的能级跃迁过程模型,以知识积累、知识跃迁与知识衰减为阶段对能级跃迁机理进行分析。根据能级跃迁机理,针对SECI模型的不足对其进行量子化改进。同时,将渐进式学习与顿悟式学习相融合,建立跨层面组织学习的动态模型,用以解决沟通失衡、3C误区及组织学习陷阱等实际问题,验证了模型的价值性。
The existing research results are reviewed. Based on the metaphor of “organizational learning - knowledge creation ” and the character of quantum movement, the energy level transition process model of “organizational learning - knowledge creation ” is proposed.
