在干旱胁迫下烤烟叶片相对含水量、自由水含量、水势、蒸腾强度、叶绿素含量、叶绿体希尔反应活力、净光合速率、硝酸还原酶和过氧化氢酶活性下降,束缚水含量、气孔阻力、脯氨酸和丙二醛含量、细胞膜透性和过氧化物酶活性增大,而呼吸速率和超氧物歧化酶活性在轻度干旱胁迫下增强,在严重干旱胁迫下减弱。表明上述指标对干旱胁迫的反应都很敏感,而且,干旱对烟株的伤害可能与其体内活性氧代谢失调有关。
Under drought stress, the relative water content, free water content, water potential, transpiration intensity, chlorophyll content, chloroplast Hill reactivity, net photosynthetic rate, nitrate reductase and catalase activity decreased, irreducible water content, stomatal resistance, Proline and malondialdehyde content, membrane permeability and peroxidase activity increased, while respiration rate and superoxide dismutase activity increased under mild drought stress and weakened under severe drought stress. All the above indicators were sensitive to drought stress. Moreover, the damage caused by drought to tobacco plants may be related to the imbalance of reactive oxygen species in vivo.
