美国著名HR专家戴维·奥利奇(Dave Ulrich)教授有一句名言:“通常,人力资源工作者是补鞋匠的孩子没鞋穿,他们设计系统、提供建议、帮助他人,但未能把人力资源的原则应用到他们自己身上。”确实,现在HR经理人在不遗余力地推行HR管理时,却往往忽视了对自身的HR管理。目前所面临的专业难题与不恰当的地位,对HR组织与HR经理人加强自身的管理提出了新的挑战。以下笔者试图帮助HR经理明确,如何加强自身修炼。
