教师在语文课堂上采用廉价的表扬和超值的奖励,不是真正意义上的激励性评价,它会偏离讨论和发言的本质,使赞赏和激励失去它应有的意义和价值。教师的激励性评价应该发自真心,及时而恰当,用有声的语言和无声的体态语,在各种各样的活动或课堂中,对学生形成正面激励和直接肯定,满足他们的心理需求。教师也可以用准确得体和机智巧妙的语言,对学生采取间接提示、侧面激励,开启他们的积极心态。
Teachers in the language class to use cheap praise and premium awards, not a true sense of the incentive evaluation, it will deviate from the nature of the discussion and speech, appreciation and incentive to lose its due significance and value. Incentive evaluation of teachers should be made from the heart, timely and appropriate, with a vocal language and silent body language, in a variety of activities or classrooms, to form a positive incentive and direct recognition of students to meet their psychological needs. Teachers can also use indirect, prompt, side-stimuli to open their positive mindset with accurate and clever language.
