对诉讼活动实行法律监督,是检察机关的重要职责。随着我国经济社会的快速发展,检察机关现有的诉讼监督机制已面临考验。进一步推进三项重点工作,加强基层检察院诉讼监督能力已成为一项重要工作。本文对基层检察院在诉讼监督过程中存在的不愿监督、不能监督及不敢监督等主要问题及如何处理等进行了初步探讨,以期对基层检察院在提高诉讼监督能力起到一定作用。
The legal supervision of litigation activities is an important responsibility of procuratorial organs. With the rapid economic and social development in our country, the existing litigation supervision mechanism of procuratorial organs is facing the test. It has become an important task to further promote the three key tasks and strengthen the litigation supervision capability of grassroots procuratorates. This article has carried on the preliminary discussion to the grassroots procuratorate’s main problems such as unwilling to supervise, not supervising and not supervising in the process of litigation supervising and so on, in order to play a certain role in improving the lawsuit supervision ability of the grass-roots procuratorate.
