文化是一种软实力,它属于社会人类学范畴,而企业文化通常代表的是一系列价值观念和行为方式的总和,起源于西方的资本主义国家。本文通过从企业文化的定义、作用和意义为切入点,研究了企业文化的建设目的和主要问题,并结合国内外典型成功案例对企业文化的应用进行了综合实用性分析。
Culture is a kind of soft power. It belongs to the category of social anthropology, while the corporate culture usually represents the sum of a series of values and behaviors that originate in western capitalist countries. Based on the definition, function and significance of corporate culture, this paper studies the purpose and major problems of corporate culture construction, and makes a comprehensive and practical analysis on the application of corporate culture based on typical successful cases at home and abroad.
