随着新课改的实施,体育教学越来越受到学生的喜爱,学生的体质与健康测试成绩也有所提高,但学生的心肺功能提高幅度相对其他测试指标较小。而耐久跑是提高学生心肺功能的有效方法之一,体育教师如何让耐久跑教学不再枯燥,提高耐久跑的趣味性,让学生愿意参与、主动尝试练习,是值得我们探讨的。现根据笔者多年的耐久跑教学经验,在此抛砖引玉,向大家介绍耐久跑趣味练习八法。
With the implementation of the new curriculum reform, PE teaching has become more and more popular with students. Students ’physique and health test scores have also been improved. However, students’ heart and lung function improvement is less than that of other test indicators. Durable running is one of the effective ways to improve the cardiopulmonary function of students. How physical education teachers can make durable running teaching no longer boring, improve the fun of running durable, make students willing to participate and take the initiative to practice are worth discussing.
