本文描述了用Na_3PO_4作基体改进剂低温原子化石墨炉原子吸收光谱直接测定海水中痕量镉的方法。用Na_3PO_4作改进剂能够提高镉的灵敏度、减小氯化物、高氯酸盐和海水样品基体的干扰,并使海水中镉在850℃低温原子化,从而与背景吸收信号相分离。采用本方法测定海水中0.077μg/L镉的结果与用阳极溶出伏安法(ASV)测定结果相一致,海水中镉的回收率为94—103%。该方法简便、可靠。
This paper describes a method for the direct determination of trace cadmium in seawater by graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrometry using Na_3PO_4 as matrix modifier. The use of Na_3PO_4 as a modifier can improve the sensitivity of cadmium, reduce the interference of chloride, perchlorate and seawater matrix, and make the cadmium in seawater atomize at 850 ℃ to separate from the background absorption signal. The results of determination of 0.077 μg / L cadmium in seawater by this method are consistent with the results of anodic stripping voltammetry (ASV). The recovery of cadmium in seawater is 94-103%. The method is simple and reliable.
