本文对CI—301PS光合测定系统的时间间隔和空气流速与净光合速率(Pn)和蒸腾速率(E)变异系数的关系进行回归分析,结果表明,CI—301PS光合测定系统测定Pn和E较理想的时间间隔为24.0~28.0S,空气流速为0.51~0.66LPM。综合分析建议测定甘蔗光合作用时采用0.60LPM的空气流速和25.0S的时间间隔。
The regression analysis of the time interval and the relationship between air flow rate and the coefficient of variation of net photosynthetic rate (Pn) and transpiration rate (E) of CI-301PS photosynthesis system was carried out. The results showed that the determination of Pn and E by CI-301PS photosynthesis system was more satisfactory The time interval is 24.0 ~ 28.0S, the air flow rate is 0.51 ~ 0.66LPM. The comprehensive analysis suggests that the air flow rate of 0.60 LPM and the time interval of 25.0S should be used to determine the photosynthesis of sugarcane.
