一、N素肥料的利弊蔬菜生长的全期均需N素营养,其中叶菜类需求量尤多。N肥供应充足,营养生长良好,茎叶内叶绿素含量较高,叶色较绿,叶子有效的功能较长。加之速效N素化肥使用方便,效果显著,故一些菜农往往大量施用N素肥。殊不知,N肥的过量施用,不仅降低了蔬菜的品质,且更有害人们的健康。因为①N素肥料过多,易使叶菜类生长过旺,易造成倒伏、抗逆性低、病虫害多;对于根茎类和果菜类,除具此之外还易产生徒长,生育期延迟,结果不良,成熟不佳等不良现象。②
