目的为了进一步搞好学校传染病的防治工作,减少传染病的发病率。方法笔者总结了1989年～2002年间学校传染病防治的工作经验。结果总结了一套切实可行的办法。结论 1.要领导重视,各部门密切配合;2.严格执行食堂的卫生管理制度,责任到人;3.做好宾馆、招待所、学生公寓的外来人员登记,把好用具、用品消毒关,建立健全水源及污水排放管理制度;4.校医务室要做好学校传染病防治的策划安排及应急事件的处理工作,做好传染病的防治宣传工作;5.加大监督力度,严格奖惩办法。
Objective To further improve prevention and treatment of infectious diseases in schools and reduce the incidence of infectious diseases. Methods The author summed up the 1989 to 2002 school of infectious diseases prevention and control work experience. The results summarize a set of practical methods. Conclusions 1. To attach great importance to the leadership, all departments work closely with; 2. Strict implementation of the health management system canteen, responsibility to others; 3. Do a good job guesthouses, guest houses, student apartments, registration of foreign workers, the good use of supplies, disinfection, the establishment of 4. To improve the management system of water sources and sewage discharge; 4. School medical office should do a good job in school infectious disease prevention and control planning and emergency response work to do a good job in prevention and treatment of infectious diseases advocacy work; 5. To increase supervision, strict incentives and punishments.
