在高等艺术院校的法学教学实践中,引入模拟法庭实验教学是有益的探索和创新,可以促进艺术类高校学生对于法学知识技能的有效学习。模拟法庭的教学流程分为案例遴选、角色配置、庭前准备、开庭审理、总结评议和案卷归档等阶段。设置标准化教学实验室、规范教学管理制度体系、强化教学指导与审判评估成为模拟法庭实验教学改革进一步深化和完善的空间。——题记
In the practice of law teaching in art colleges, the introduction of mock trial teaching in forensic court is a useful exploration and innovation, which can promote the effective learning of art knowledge and skills of art college students. The simulation court teaching process is divided into case selection, role configuration, preparation before the court, trial, concluding comments and file archiving and other stages.
