管理工作的重点在于人员的管理,工作人员的创造性和积极性怎样被最大限度地发挥出来,是管理工作的首要任务。激励政策是管理工作的催化剂,利用多种形式的激励策略,将激励措施和目标相互结合,成立符合管理工作和员工需求的激励制度。本文主要研究人力资源管理激励策略的基本类型、存在问题,以及对应的策略手段。
The focus of management work is staff management, staff creativity and enthusiasm is how to maximize play, is the management of the primary task. Incentive policy is a catalyst for management, the use of various forms of incentives, incentives and objectives combined with each other, set up in line with management and staff needs incentive system.
