我国高等职业教育已走向内涵发展和以提高质量为核心任务的新时期,而就业质量提升是高职院校内涵发展的重要研究课题。当前,薪酬收入及社保待遇下降、就业满意度较低、专业对口率下降、职业适应度及胜任度不高、流动跳槽频繁及离职率高,是影响高职毕业生就业质量的主要因素。本文从专业适应市场、“校政企”深度融合、提升职业成熟度,创建职业体验与就业服务中心、完善就业与创业教育体系五个方面对高职毕业生就业质量提升路径进行了思考与探索。
