本文以酸化油为原料,利用气相预酯化法降酸值,通过单因素试验及正交试验研究了甲醇通入量、催化剂用量、反应时间、反应温度等因素对酸化油预酯化降酸值的影响。试验结果表明:在试验范围内各影响因素对酸化油预酯化的作用依次为:反应温度>甲醇通入量>催化剂用量>反应时间。在最佳工艺条件下,酸化油的酸值可降到1.5(KOH)/(mg/g)以下,可以进行下一步碱催化的酯交换反应而不用担心皂化问题。
In this paper, acidification oil as raw material, the use of gas phase pre-esterification method to reduce acid value, single factor experiments and orthogonal experiments were studied methanol accession, catalyst dosage, reaction time, reaction temperature and other factors on acidification oil pre-esterification acidification Effect of value.
