针对目前普通白菜新品种选育的骨干亲本同质性变高,遗传背景越来越窄等生产实际问题,为进一步拓宽育种资源的变异范围,从国内外引进了12份普通白菜种质资源。对其植物形态学性状进行了调查,并鉴定了其根肿病抗性。结果表明,所引进的普通白菜遗传多样性较为丰富,鉴定获得1份中感根肿病的材料。研究结果为深入了解和充分利用上述种质资源提供了科学依据。
In order to broaden the scope of variation of breeding resources, 12 common cabbage germplasm resources were introduced from home and abroad to solve the practical problems such as high homogeneity of backbone parents and narrower genetic background of new common cabbage varieties. Morphological traits of plants were investigated and their clubroot resistance was identified. The results showed that the common cabbage introduced was rich in genetic diversity, and 1 piece of the material was identified for identifying clubroot disease. The results provide a scientific basis for further understanding and making full use of the above germplasm resources.
