本文从城市经济学中居民住房选择模型和就业选择模型出发,构建职住分离影响机制模型,梳理出京津城际铁路影响职住分离的机理,发现关键影响因素是通勤成本,并得出不同人群职住分离程度的初步结论。本文分发1000份调查问卷,利用有无对比和社会统计方法,分析京津城际铁路对职住分离的影响程度。研究表明,京津城际开通后,对中等收入阶层的职住分离影响最为明显,对高收入阶层次之,对低收入阶层的影响最小。
Based on the model of residential housing selection and employment choice in urban economics, this paper constructs a model of the mechanism of separation of employment and husband, and clarifies the mechanism of the separation of employment and residence in Beijing-Tianjin inter-city railways. It finds that the key factor is commuting costs, The preliminary conclusion of the degree of separation of staff and workers in the population. This paper distributes 1000 questionnaires, with or without comparison and social statistics methods to analyze the impact of Beijing-Tianjin inter-city railway on the separation of employment and residence. The study shows that the opening of Beijing-Tianjin inter-city has the most obvious impact on the separation of the middle-class and middle-class employees, and has the least impact on the high-income class and low-income class.
