【目的】以红花为研究对象,以遥感技术为基础,探索药用植物资源调查的方法。【方法】以红花的一个典型分布区新疆昌吉州吉木萨尔县作为研究样区,对研究样区开展野外遥感调查获取红花的生境及判读特征;采用中国资源三号卫星(ZY-3)影像对红花监测并进行图像预处理,完成基于主成分分析和纹理特征分析的最大似然监督分类法的分类,计算分类结果,得出分类精度。【结果】其样本准确率为68.75%,总体分类精度达到68.757%,卡帕系数为0.573,分类结果为中度一致性。【结论】利用遥感技术解译药用植物有一定的难度,利用中国资源三号卫星对药用植物红花的遥感资源调查基本是可行的。
【Objective】 The aim of this study was to investigate the methods of resource investigation of medicinal plants based on remote sensing technology. 【Method】 A typical distribution area of safflower, Jimsar County, Changji, Xinjiang was used as a research sample area. Field investigation was conducted in the study area to obtain the habitat and interpretation characteristics of safflower. A Chinese ZY-3 satellite ) Images were monitored and image preprocessing was performed on safflower. The classification of the maximum likelihood classification based on principal component analysis and texture feature analysis was completed. The classification results were calculated and the classification accuracy was obtained. 【Result】 The accuracy of the sample was 68.75%, the overall classification accuracy was 68.757%, the Kappa coefficient was 0.573, and the classification result was moderately consistent. 【Conclusion】 Using remote sensing technology to interpret medicinal plants has some difficulties. It is feasible to investigate the remote sensing resources of medicinal plant safflower with China Resources No.3 satellite.
