[目的]了解上海地区空调机散热片微生物污染状况。[方法]采用单纯随机抽样方法,对上海市徐汇区的部分住宅、办公场所和公共场所共100台挂壁式空调机的散热片涂抹采样,进行细菌总数、霉菌总数、芽孢杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌和军团菌等项目的检测。[结果]住宅、办公场所、公共场所空调机散热片细菌总数均值分别为(228.94±99.94)、(303.43±110.04)、(356.35±131.95)cfu/cm2;霉菌总数均值分别为(227.98±157.88)、(304.17±178.56)、(372.70±228.64)cfu/cm2。3类场所间的细菌总数、霉菌总数及芽孢杆菌的检出率差异均有统计学意义。金黄色葡萄球菌和军团菌检出率分别为8.0%与1.0%。[结论]空调机散热片表面微生物污染比较严重,空调系统需要经常性清洗净化,减少室内环境生物性污染。
[Objective] To understand the status of microbial contamination of air-conditioner heat sink in Shanghai. [Method] A total of 100 sets of wall-mounted air conditioner heat sinks were smeared on some residential, office and public places in Xuhui District of Shanghai. The total number of bacteria, the total number of molds, Bacillus, golden yellow grape Cocci and Legionella and other items of testing. [Results] The average numbers of bacteria in heat sinks of residential, office and public places were (228.94 ± 99.94), (303.43 ± 110.04) and (356.35 ± 131.95) cfu / cm 2, respectively. The average numbers of molds were (227.98 ± 157.88) , (304.17 ± 178.56) and (372.70 ± 228.64) cfu / cm2, respectively. There were significant differences in the total number of bacteria, the total number of molds and the detection rate of Bacillus among the three types of sites. The detection rates of Staphylococcus aureus and Legionella were 8.0% and 1.0% respectively. [Conclusion] The microbial contamination on the surface of the heat sink of the air conditioner is rather serious. The air conditioning system needs to be cleaned regularly to reduce the biological pollution in the indoor environment.
